“The staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are fine but definitely have some wear and tear. Worst thing in the room was the leaking coming from the AC of the room above. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash were empty so might wanna check before you take a shower. Pool was in decent condition and the little courtyard is a nice spot to sit and hangout. Breakfast was pretty good. They had waffles to make, scrambled eggs, and sausage as the hot part with other cold breakfast options as well. They are pet friendly but charge $30 as a pet fee.”

“I am traveling with my military family cross country from California to Georgia. Three adults, one eleven year old, and our cat. The room was very spacious and clean. Every staff member that we had contact with was very kind. This was our 2nd La Quinta. Our first stay with La Quinta was Wichita Falls, Texas. We are currently at our 3rd La Quinta in Meridian Mississippi. My daughter and her husband have always been loyal to Holiday Inn Express. As a travel nurse my go to has always been Holiday Inn Express. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Linwood/Barstow California for 5 days while being moved out of housing in Fort Irwin California. The hotel was dirty, and the staff were not welcoming at all. We had to go find staff for towels and washcloths every day. For a family of 4 they only gave us 2 towels and 2 washcloths. When we asked for additional, we were told they were out of linens. They never serviced our room once the entire stay. We emptied the trash and ran the sweeper ourselves. I could go on and on. I know that was their location, but they definitely were not up to the standards behind the Holiday Inn brand that we were accustomed to. In the future I feel we will continue to stay with La Quinta. Great hospitality goes a long way with a weary traveler. Good ole southern hospitality. Thank you.”

“We had a really great stay here and wanted to especially recognize the front desk night shift staff. Every interaction was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Traveling can be exhausting, and they made things so much easier with their patience, quick help, and positive attitude. It’s rare to come across staff who make guests feel this comfortable and cared for, especially late at night. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but the customer service truly stood out and made the experience memorable. Huge thank you to the night staff for going above and beyond — they were incredible and deserve recognition for the way they treat guests. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“I mostly rate my whole experience on how good the shower was and it was wonderful! the floors creeped me out tho. they were slippery even with tennis shoes on and when putting bare feet on the floor they instantly felt wet. the staff was friendly and courteous. the room was great except for the floor. I would come again most definitely but please check into the floor issue.”
